The commitment to our owners doesn’t stop with the delivery of the house, once you have the keys in your hand we do not simply walk away. We firmly believe in a working partnership and are dedicated to helping our owner in all aspects of after sale care.

We specialize in assisting with delivery, mortgage and insurance needs; advice on furnishings and interior design. We can also happily assist you on any future plans you may have such as short-rentals. We have had great success and experience within the short term and long-term rental market should this be an avenue that you wish to explore.

One of our completed project “Aphrodite Sands Resort” in Mandria in Paphos offers short terms rental with a management company on site since 2011. Our involvement in the hotel sector for the last 25 years establishes a long-term and professional business – relationship with many reputable British, Dutch, Scandinavian and Russian tour operators.
